The Centre for Criminology at the University of Oxford and the ICCBA hosted a one-day workshop on victim participation at the International Criminal Court (ICC), on 4 October 2018.

The expert workshop centred on specific aspects of victim participation, including theoretical and jurisprudential developments, reparation jurisprudence, as well as ethical, psychological and practical considerations in client-counsel relations in victim representation at the ICC.

This event was part of the Impact Acceleration Award project “Advancing the Impact of Victim Participation at the International Criminal Court: Developing Avenues for Collaboration”,funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council.

The event was held at the University of Oxford and was conducted in English.
