On 21 June 2023, the ICCBA sent a questionnaire to the 14 candidates from which the Assembly of States Parties will elect six judges for the International Criminal Court in December 2023. The deadline for submission of answers has been set on 8 September 2023 after which the responses from the candidates will be published on the ICCBA website.
The questionnaire, which covers the areas of motivation, qualifications, rights of the defence and equality of arms, and victim participation, is available below.
