Welcome to the ICCBA
Representing Counsel and Support Staff at the International Criminal Court
The ICCBA serves as a collective voice for independent Counsel and Support Staff who represent victims, defendants and other actors (such as witnesses) before the ICC, provides a range of support and services to its membership, and acts as a forum for discussion on all matters pertaining to the ICC. It is the only recognised representative body of counsel at the ICC under Rule 20(3) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence.

ICCBA Training Events
The ICCBA regularly organizes training events and professional development activities for its members, aimed at strengthening the skills and expertise required to practice before the International Criminal Court. These sessions cover a range of topics relevant to defence and victims’ counsel, including procedural developments, advocacy, and practical aspects of practice before the Court.
