Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace
The ICCBA is organizing a Mindfulness in the Workplace training on Friday 11 January 2019. The hour-long session will explain the concept of mindfulness and its benefits, including how it can help reduce stress, improve focus, sleep better and enjoy an improved sense of well-being at work. The training has being specifically tailored for lawyers. The session will be led by by Gillian Higgins who is an international criminal barrister, mediator and meditation teacher.
