ICCBA sends Letter of Condolence to people of Sierra Leone

The President sent a letter of condolence on behalf of the ICCBA membership to the ICCBA Sierra Leone Focal Point and the people of Sierra Leone following the devastating flooding and mudslides that impacted Freetown in August 2017. A copy of the letter is available here.
